Samplitude and Sequoia have distinguished themselves with the highest standards of quality, innovative functions, and operation, as well as a completely unique operating principle. Daily workflows are optimized via extensive application options. Outstanding characteristics, like 100% sound neutrality, the Hybrid Audio Engine, and the option to work based on objects has been refined and expanded with top features like multi-synchronous cutting (Sequoia), the new 6-band equalizer "EQ116“, and many more.

Samplitude and Sequoia, in contrast to other digital audio workstations, enable a complete in-the-box workflow, whereby all steps, from composition recording and sound creation using VST instruments to editing, mixing, and mastering the finished CD, take place within a single program.

The unique object-oriented workflow offers fully new creative possibilities. The audio material can be split into any number of objects and then moved on the tracks freely. Each object may be processed with different effects like plug-ins, EQ, timestretching, panning, etc.

All settings are calculated in real time; new files are not calculated on the hard drive. Clips that lie in sequence on the same track may contain fully different settings. This saves tracks and keeps things organized.

Is one of the most successful solutions for audio and MIDI recording, editing and mastering for PC.

The new version offers you many innovations based on the Hybrid Audio Engine, and changes have been made consistently to the internal audio effects section. The improved track, object and master automation provides you with different automation modes as well as an automation controller in the track editor. Now you have the possibility to use sidechaining for calculating internal control signals in advanced dynamics, too.

New and improved mastering effects, the Cleaning & Restoration Suite for Samplitude Master, overview mode, new range handling, MAGIX "am-munition" plug-in for Samplitude Pro, Elastic Audio Easy for Samplitude, Audio quantization, routing manager, new symbol bars with skin handling as well as MIDI / VST(i) improvements round off the functionality of the new versions. In addition to that, you can continue to count on the performance features of Sampitude - sound neutrality and excellent cutting and editing functions, perfect CD/DVD mastering as well as flexible customization to individual Workflows.
Samplitude 11 is available in two versions: Samplitude 11 and Samplitude 11 Pro.

Draws upon years of co-operation with experienced producers and sound engineers to tackle every challenge faced by modern professional recording studios. Besides a wide array of proven recording and editing tools, Sequoia also offers new outstanding editing and crossfade functionality. It also includes intuitive source/destination cutting, excellent marker setup, and an efficient crossfade editor with which all crossfade parameters can be edited in real-time.

Plugins

Introduction

Samplitude and Sequoia contain some very authentic, useful plug-ins.

VST-Plug-ins now enable you to use effect plug-ins as already integrated into our flagship products Sequoia and Samplitude. Since their introduction these tools enjoy excellent reputation within the studio scene and are now also available for other VST-enabled audio products for the first time.

The "Vintage Effects Suite", "Analogue Modeling Suite" and "Variverb Pro" may already be purchased as separate VST plug ins!
The standalone versions need no hardware dongle and are available as downloads or in a box.

The "Vandal" - virtual guitar and bass amplifier

New in version 11, Vandal is based on algorithms and works with a completely virtualized signal path (instead of impulse responses), creating a realistic playing sensation.

A standalone version of the Vandal is in development.
